Tutor's Guide

1. Do up a nice profile of yourself and include your qualifications and upload your certificates.
   
   
2. Remember to activate your account through email.
   
   
3. You will be notified via email or phone call if you are selected for the broadcasted assignments.
   
   
4. When interested/ uninterested in taking up assignments, you can state “Unavailable” or “Available” in your profile. This is so that we know when you are ready to take up new assignments.
   
   
5.  There will be a rating system based on your qualifications and level of experience. By uploading your certificates for verification and submitting a good write-up for your profile, you are increasing your own rating, and hence the chances of being selected for assignments.
   
   
6. You are to bring your certifications for verification on the first day of the assignment.
   
   
7. Kindly be punctual for your assignment.
   
   
8. It’s your responsibility to remind the parents to make punctual payments to the Agency after 2 weeks of commencement of lessons.
   
   
9. Only 50% of your first month’s fee will be deducted for the Agency fee.
   
   
10. All tutors/instructors should remain honest and responsible for the learning of your student.
    
    
11. If the client is unsatisfied with your service, they are entitled the right to terminate your service at any point in time.

How to increase your chances of getting assignments?

• Submit a good write-up for your profile.
  
  
• Upload your certificates for verification. (certificates have to be clear for viewing)
  
  
• Upload a decent photo.
  
  
• Reply to our SMS/Email request.
